The jury of the Premio Bonporti 2025 has selected the four finalists for this year’s edition, which will be held in Rovereto (Italy) from 17 to 19 October.
Emilio Moreno (Spain) – President, Odile Edouard (France), Francois Fernandez (France), and Romano Vettori (Italy) appreciated the high technical and artistic level of all the participants.
The audio-video selection required a programme that highlighted different styles and technical skills, with music chosen by F.A. Bonporti (from the Sonate da Camera a Violino Solo op.7 , c. 1707), by J.B. Senaillé (from the Premier Livre de Sonates a Violon Seul (1710), and two obbligato pieces by J.S. Bach from Sei Solo a Violino senza Basso accompagnato (1720).
The jury thanks all the participants for taking the challenge and wishes them all the best in their future careers.
